Nighttime Resurfacing Project on Route 106 in Wilton

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime resurfacing project will be performed on Route 106 in Wilton, October 12-16, 2015. Work hours are 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The project consists of resurfacing 3.16 miles of Route 106.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 106 from Beldon Hill Road to Route 53 (Chestnut Hill Road). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to

5:00 a.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
