Rehabilitation of Bridges 03021 and 03022, Interstate I-91 over US 5 (State Street), Amtrak and Ferry Street in New Haven, between Exit 4 and Exit 6
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that lane closures on I-91 in the northbound and southbound direction over State Street and Ferry Street in New Haven will begin on August 5, 2015.
The project consists of concrete deck repairs, structural steel repairs, bearing replacement, painting, milling and paving. The lane closures are required for the milling of the existing pavement, concrete deck repairs and the placement of new pavement overlay.
DOT Project No. 0092-612 was awarded on June 6, 2014 to Abhe & Svoboda, Inc. from Prior Lake, Maine at a cost of $13,597,418.00 and is scheduled to be completed in November 2015.
