Tree Removal along Route 15 Southbound in Orange and Milford

      The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a tree removal operation will continue on Route 15 Southbound (Wilbur Cross Parkway) in Orange and Milford through September 18, 2015.

      Due to the Labor Day weekend, no work will be performed on Friday, September 4, 2015 and Tuesday, September 8, 2015.

      The tree work is being done by Advance Construction & Tree Removal LLC.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

      Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 15 Southbound between Exit 57 (Route 34) and Exit 55 (Wellington Road) in Orange and Milford.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday).

      Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
