Daytime Closure of Route 110 in Stratford Scheduled for Rehabilitation
of Bridge 02621 and Replacement of Bridge 02622
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that work associated with the replacement of Bridge 02622 (Route 110 over Freeman Brook) in Stratford will require the closure of Route 110 on November 29, 2016.
On November 29, 2016, all traffic on Route 110 will be detoured onto Main Street beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Motorists traveling northbound on Route 110 will be detoured onto Main Street near Pecks Mill Pond and continue north on Main Street until rejoining Route 110 near the intersection of Route 15.
Motorists traveling southbound on Route 110 will be detoured onto Main Street and continue south on Main Street until rejoining Route 110 near Pecks Mill Pond.
Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. This work is scheduled to be completed by 4:00 p.m.
