The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that on Thursday night, August 25, both lanes of I-84 westbound traffic will be shifted to the north for median construction on the I-84 Waterbury project. Traffic will be shifted to the north, adjacent to its current path, west of Pierpont Road to the vicinity of Exit 25.

This temporary shift is for construction work in the median between Pierpont Road and the westbound Exit 25 off-ramp.
