Nighttime Ramp Closures on the Merritt Parkway (Route 15) Northbound Exits 33 to 34 On /Off Ramps
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the nighttime closure of the northbound Merritt Parkway (Route 15) on/off ramps Exit 33 to 34 in Stamford and New Canaan on or about Wednesday 7/27/16 to Thursday 7/28/16 for paving.
The project consists of safety improvements, resurfacing, enhancements, and bridge improvements on the Merritt Parkway.
DOT Project No. 0135-0270 was awarded to O&G Industries at a cost of $53,031,742.62 on July 23. 2013 and is scheduled to be completed by November 2016.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
The Merritt Parkway Northbound Exit 33 Off Ramp:
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00PM and 6:00AM, Wednesday 7/27/16 for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Exit 34 Long Ridge Rd, left on Long Ridge Rd , right on Route 15 SB to exit 33 Den Rd, Left on Bengall Rd , left on River Bank, left on Roxbury Rd, left on Den Rd.
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00PM and 6:00AM, Wednesday 7/27/16 for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Exit 34 Long Ridge Rd, left on Long Ridge Rd , right on Route 15 SB to exit 33 Den Rd, Left on Bengall Rd , left on River Bank, left on Roxbury Rd, left on Den Rd.
The Merritt ParkwayNorthbound Exit 33 On Ramp:
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00PM and 6:00AM, Wednesday 7/27/16 for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Den Rd, right on Roxbury Rd, right on River Bank Rd , right 0n Bangall Rd, Right on Den Rd to 15 SB to exit 31, Right on North St, left on Route 15 NB.
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00PM and 6:00AM, Wednesday 7/27/16 for paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Den Rd, right on Roxbury Rd, right on River Bank Rd , right 0n Bangall Rd, Right on Den Rd to 15 SB to exit 31, Right on North St, left on Route 15 NB.
The Merritt Parkway Northbound Exit 34 Off Ramp:
Ramp will be closed during the hours of 8:00PM and 6:00AM, Thursday 7/28/16 for Paving. A complete detour will be installed to reroute traffic to Route 15 NB to exit 35, left on High Ridge, right on Rte 15 Sb to exit 34 Long Ridge Rd.
