Overnight Detours of Route 10 Scheduled to Facilitate New Water Main Installation
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the scheduled nightly closure and detour of Route 10 at the intersection of Route 4 in Farmington, beginning on Monday, September 19, 2016.
DETOUR INFORMATION
A detour will be in place for Route 10, north of the Route 4 intersection, between the hours of 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The detour route will be utilize Town Farm Road and Old Farms Road and is anticipated to be in place nightly starting Monday,September 19, until Friday September 23, 2016.
A detour will be in place for Route 10, north of the Route 4 intersection, between the hours of 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The detour route will be utilize Town Farm Road and Old Farms Road and is anticipated to be in place nightly starting Monday,September 19, until Friday September 23, 2016.
A separate detour will be place for Route 10, south of the Route 4 intersection, and is anticipated to be in place nightly, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, starting Monday, September 26, and being completed by Friday, September 30, 2016. The detour will be utilizing Garden Street and Mill Lane for the Route 4 eastbound traffic. High Street and Mountain Road will be utilized for Route 4 westbound traffic.
Detour signs will be posted along with Farmington and Avon Police assisting with traffic control.
