Route 2 Westbound Ramp to the Founders Bridge and Downtown Hartford to open Tomorrow Afternoon, December 10, 2016

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the planned afternoon opening of the Route 2 westbound ramp to the Founders Bridge and downtown Hartford on Saturday, December 10, 2016.

The ramp opening signifies the substantial completion of the rehabilitation of the ramp/bridge in East Hartford. The work is being conducted as part of the on-going $22 million bridge replacement and rehabilitation project within the Route 2 / I-84 Interchange.
