The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the traffic pattern on I-84 eastbound will be “flipped” from having the two lanes of traffic shifted to the right, to two lanes of traffic being shifted to the left, commencing on August 1, 2016. 

The bridge carrying I-84 over Route 72 and 372  will still be reduced from three lanes to two lanes through August 31, 2016.

I-84 EB and I-84 WB
Monday through Wednesday: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Thursday & Friday: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Saturday: 9:00 PM to 10AM
Sunday:   8:00 PM to 10AM

Ramps and Turning Roadways
Monday through Friday: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM & 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 6:00 PM to 10:00 AM

Route 72 EB & WB
Monday through Sunday: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Route 372

Detours are anticipated: Crooked St Ramp onto I-84 EB will be closed from 4/18/16 thru 11/18/16. Detour signs will be in place redirecting traffic to access I-84 EB via Corbin Ave.
