Nighttime Bridge Maintenance Continues along I-95 in Bridgeport

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime bridge maintenance project will continue on I-95 Northbound in Bridgeport through Tuesday, April 11, 2017.

The work consists of bridge maintenance to the I-95 NB Bridge # 03535 (Rt. 8 & Rt. 25 Underpass ) in Bridgeport.  Work hours are 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2017 to the morning of Tuesday, April 11, 2017.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone at I-95 NB, Exit 27A, to Route 8 & 25. The regular work schedule for this project is from

9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
