Resurfacing along Route 34 (Roosevelt Dr.) in Seymour & Derby 

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime milling and resurfacing project will be performed along a 4.34-mile segment of Route 34 (Roosevelt Drive) in Seymour and Derby, beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2017. 

This project is scheduled to occur from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, 2017 to the morning of Tuesday, September 26, 2017.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 34 (Roosevelt Dr.) between Route 188 (Squantuck Rd.) and Bridge Street.  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

(Sunday through Thursday)

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
