Bridge Inspection on Route 130 (Stratford Avenue) in Bridgeport

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that bridge inspection work will be performed on Route 130 (Stratford Avenue) in Bridgeport on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, weather permitting. Route 130 between Water Street and Route 127 (East Main Street) will be closed to traffic during the inspection process.

The work schedule for this project is 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.  A detour route will be established around this location and will be in effect during the scheduled work hours only.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving through the work area.
