Intersection Improvements on Route 37, Pembroke Road at Stacey & Barnum Roads, in Danbury, to Begin on or About February 5, 2018, Weather Permitting
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that construction activity will begin on Route 37 in Danbury, between Stacey and Barnum Roads, for Project 34-305/345, starting February 5, 2018.
The project consists of realigning a section of Route 37 in order to increase visibility, as well as adding a traffic signal at Stacey Road. Construction will be performed in 4 stages.
DOT Project No. 34-305/345 was awarded to Mastrobattisto, Inc. at a cost of $4,023,059.25 on 11/17/2017 and is scheduled to be completed 10/23/2019.
