Nighttime Pavement Markings Project along Various Routes in Southwest Connecticut

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a nighttime pavement markings project will continue on various routes in southwest Connecticut through May 11, 2018.

The project consists of epoxy pavement marking applications on various routes in southwest Connecticut. Work hours will be 8 pm to 5 am.

Segments of the following routes are included in this project are Route 25 in Trumbull and Monroe; Route 53 in Norwalk; Route 53 in Weston; Route 59 in Easton and Monroe; Route 135 in Fairfield; Route 136 in Westport; and SR 732 in Fairfield.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

The work will be performed utilizing a moving operation with intermittent closures of lanes to complete this work. Please use caution around this operation as these vehicles will be moving slower than posted speeds. The regular work schedule for this project is on 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday - Thursday evenings).
