New Haven-Hartford-Springfield (NHHS) Rail Program

Construction Update: Town of Windsor

(Railroad Crossing Work: Paving Schedule – Weekday/Daytime Work)

April 30 – May 4, 2018

Beginning Monday, April 30^th and concluding by Friday, May 4^th, there will be surface milling and final paving work at various railroad crossings in Windsor. This will require one-way traffic and/or road closures and will occur daily during the hours of 6:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

This work will occur at the Meadow Road, East Barber Street, Island Road and Central Street railroad crossings.

Traffic personnel will be in place throughout the duration of the detours/closures. Signs, variable message boards and detour routes alerting the public of the detour/closure will be posted on-site.
