Resurfacing along Route 133 in Bridgewater

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 133 in Bridgewater, beginning Thursday, September 13, 2018. 

The project consists of milling and resurfacing a 3.63 mile segment of Route 133 in Bridgewater. This project is scheduled to occur Thursday, September 13, 2018 to Wednesday, October 3, 2018.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 133 between Wewaka Brook Road and Route 67

(New Milford Road). Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
