Resurfacing along Route 67 in Seymour and Woodbridge

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a resurfacing project will be performed on

Route 67 in Seymour and Woodbridge, beginning Monday, September 10, 2018.

The project consists of resurfacing 3.62 miles of the roadway.  This project is scheduled to occur Monday, September 10, 2018 through Monday, September 24, 2018.

The paving operation will be performed on Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

      This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s 2018 Vendor Resurfacing Program.

LANE CLOSURE INFO

Motorists can expect lane closures on Route 67 from SR 721 (North Street) to the Route 63 (Amity Road).  Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions.  Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
