Advisory Committee Meeting No. 2 – Preparation of Environmental Impact Statement for Improvements on Interstate 84 (I-84) Corridor from Danbury to Waterbury
The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that the second Advisory Committee Meeting concerning the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement for improvements to Interstate 84 (I-84) corridor from Danbury to Waterbury will be held on January 13, 2010 at the Middlebury Volunteer Fire Department, 65 Tucker Hill Road, in the Town of Middlebury.
The Advisory Committee Meeting is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. and will provide an opportunity for the public to submit comments. Representatives from the Department of Transportation will be available to answer any questions, followed by the second meeting of the Advisory Committee. Residents, commuters, business owners, and other interested individuals are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to learn of and discuss the proposed project. In case of inclement weather, the meeting will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
