Public Informational Meeting on Stamford TOD Project

      A public informational meeting on the Stamford Transportation Center “Transit-Oriented Development” (TOD) project will take place on September 24, 2013, at 7 pm at Stamford High School, 55 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Stamford. The meeting will be led by John McClutchy, President of JHM Group and Principal of SMDV, the preferred developer for this project. The Connecticut Department of Transportation is now negotiating an agreement with SMDV to move the project forward. The public informational meeting will include an overview of the project and a question-and-answer session. DOT Commissioner James Redeker will also attend, along with DOT staff.
