Notice of Intent to Adopt New Policies on Transit Service and Fare Equity
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation proposes to adopt new policies on Transit Service and Fare Equity, Definitions of Major Service Changes, and Determinations of Disparate Impacts and Disproportionate Burdens.
In response to public input the Department has provided additional clarification and definitions to the proposed policies.
Written comments on this policy must be delivered or mailed by October 30, 2015 to State of Connecticut, Department of Transportation, Bureau of Public Transportation, P.O. Box 317546, Newington, CT 06131-7546. The caption “COMMENT ON INTENT TO ADOPT NEW PUBLIC TRANSIT POLICIES” must appear on the envelope.
