Connecticut Department of Transportation Hosting Central Connecticut CTfastrak Transit Oriented Development Open House On Monday, April 4th In West Hartford
(Newington, CT) -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation announced today that it will be hosting a CTfastrak Transit-Oriented Development Open House event at the Elmwood Community Center in West Hartford on Monday, April 4, 2016, from 6 to 8 p.m.
All central Connecticut individuals, business professionals, students and families are invited to attend this free event to help share ideas that will help shape each community and future development along the CTfastrak corridor. Most importantly, the event will allow everyone the opportunity to provide input that will help guide recommendations for real estate and economic development around the CTfastrak stations in Hartford, West Hartford, Newington and New Britain.
The Elmwood Community Center is located at 1106 New Britain Avenue in West Hartford. Parking is available by using the Burgoyne Street entrance. Transit riders are invited to use the nearby CTfastrak Elmwood Station. Spanish interpretation will be available at the event.
