Bus Service Expansion Projects (FY2024/FY2025)
In effort to improve access to employment, training, and education, CTDOT is moving forward with a package of service modifications that increase spans of service operations on bus transit systems across the state. These service enhancements will mean that transit-dependent and transit-choice riders can rely on bus service for employment seven days a week, and can get home from a second shift job or get to a third shift job. This is in line with the feedback CTDOT has received through our Customer Experience Action Plan outreach conducted through most of 2022.
