OHS Internship Opportunity
The Connecticut Office of Health Strategy (OHS) is accepting applications for graduate-level interns.
We are a state agency charged with coordinating state health policy planning and developing policies that improve health outcomes, ensure better access to healthcare, and address health inequities. Our office is located in Hartford.

Placements may be full or part-time, by agreement.

Internships are not paid positions. If the student has an opportunity to apply for funding from an educational institution or other source, OHS is happy to consider and assist with the development of a project proposal.

Granting credit is at the discretion of the educational institution. OHS will make every effort to satisfy the requirements for supervision and evaluation to allow students to earn credit.
We are seeking interns who are students in master’s or doctoral programs in:
Public Health
Public Administration or Public Policy
Law (with a focus on health law)
Social Work (with a focus on administration and policy)
We also seek Information Technology students who are experienced in the following:
- SQL Server Database experience required
- C# and Web MVC programming experience required
- ETL experience preferred
