Welcome to the ED166 Student Disciplinary Offense Collection! This page is intended for LEA personnel who will be transmitting discipline data to CSDE using the ED166 Application.
The ED166 is a web-based application that collects disciplinary incidents that occur from July 1 - June 30 of the current school year. Incidents that are required to be reported include offenses that result in:

In-School Suspension (ISS)

Out-of-School Suspension (OSS)

Bus Suspension

Expulsion

In addition, all "serious" offenses, all incidents involving Alcohol, Drugs or Weapons must be reported regardless of the type of sanction imposed. This means that if anything is listed in the Weapon Involvement or Substance Involvement field (including Electronic Cigarettes/Vaping - 3837) the incident must be reported.
