Can the navigation on the A-Z template be changed or removed? We really just need the list and feel this is better than a dynamic list because of the alpha anchors.
Answer: Only Full Migration Agencies have access to the A-Z template, and you can request changes or deletion of the navigation by submitting a CI Helpdesk ticket

Lift-and-Shift Agencies currently do not initially have access to the A-Z template, but can request it by submitting a CI Helpdesk ticket. Just let us know what folder(s) you wish to have the A-Z template option display under.
How do I change the sort order of my navigation?
We are having problems with the Agency-Specific - Local Navigation templates displaying in the order we want on the subpages. The local navigation on some of my pages appear in alphabetical order, and other times it’s sort order. How do I correct this?
Answer: When you come across pages that have inconsistent navigation ordering, like from a parent page to sub-pages, the reason is that the parent item's left navigation sorting was set to ‘Sort Order’ but the sub-items were set to ‘Alpha’.

Please contact your System Administrator and request they submit a ticket to the CI Helpdesk to correct the inconsistency.
Where do I create and edit my left navigation?
Answer:
Creating and editing the homepage left navigation items can be found under: Agency_Acronym > Services.

For local navigation items:
1. Navigate to the Content Folder that contains the local navigation.
2. Expand the _resources folder.
3. Expand the Folder_Name_Navigation.
