Protect seniors: Volunteer with the Senior Medicare Patrol

Empower seniors and safeguard their health care benefits by joining the Senior Medicare Patrol. As a volunteer, you'll:

  • Educate Medicare beneficiaries, families, and caregivers about health care fraud, errors, and abuse.
  • Provide counseling and assistance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other health care concerns.
  • Investigate and report suspected fraud, waste, and abuse.

Advocate for residents: Volunteer with the Long Term Care Ombudsman Volunteer Resident Advocate Program

Become a voice for residents in long-term care facilities. As a Volunteer Resident Advocate, you'll:
