Connecticut Customized Employment Staff Registry:

In order to provide CE services in Connecticut, staff must be listed on the State of Connecticut Customized Employment Staff Registry, linked here. This registry will be used and monitored by ADS and DDS.

If you have a staff member who received an ACRE approved or State of Connecticut Customized Employment certificate, please have them complete the application to the registry.

Connecticut Customized Employment Certification Course:

The Connecticut Customized Employment Course was developed by the Regional Educational Service Center (RESC) Alliance in consultation with all three state agencies.  Special thanks to the CT Council on Developmental Disabilities as well as Linda Rammler from the UConn Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities for contributing some of the initial material and foundational knowledge in the development of this curriculum.

The first iteration of the State Customized Employment Certification Course was launched in October 2021 with another iteration launching in January 2022. Four more iterations of the course will be offered between September 2022 and July 2023. The various course calendars and applications can be accessed in the Connecticut Customized Employment 2022-2023 Announcement.
