Connecticut Customized Employment Staff Registry:

Provider staff must be listed on the State of Connecticut Customized Employment Provider Staff Registry to provide CE services in Connecticut.  The registry is maintained and monitored by ADS and DDS.  Staff with active CE Certifications from the CT CE Certification Course or an ACRE accredited CE Course should apply to the registry here.
