DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES (DDS)
JOB FAIRS FOR EXISTING DDS EMPLOYEES
For a number of reasons, DDS has found that internal job fairs have allowed employees to continue to provide support to individuals served by the agency in new or different work settings. DDS, the Union and the Office of Labor Relations have authorized these job fairs, and we have found that virtual job fairs have helped the efficient review and selection of new assignments by all concerned stakeholders. Feel free to check this page regularly for internal job fair announcements and detailed information specific to each job fair.

MCDONNELL ROAD (CLA) OPENING AND INTERNAL JOB FAIR
For: Current SDSW, DSW 2 and DSW 1 staff who have completed their working test periods
When: June 7, 2023- June 13, 2023 OPT-IN PERIOD. (All applicable staff are required to complete and submit an online form during this period.)
Where: Online Application Submission Only. Applicants will be contacted after the application period. Job Fair will be scheduled and held via Microsoft TEAMS. The opportunities event will take place on July 6 and July 7, 2023 on teams. Each applicant will get an email by July 3, 2023, with a teams link and scheduled time for the event.

DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES (DS) CASE MANAGER JOB FAIR
For: Current DS Case Managers with permanent caseload assignments who have completed their working test periods.

DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES WORKER (DSW1) PART-TIME JOB FAIR FAIR
For:
- DSW1 staff hired into permanent part-time (17.5 hours/week) positions with temporary assignments hired on or after October 7, 2022 and through December 30, 2022.
- DSW1 staff hired prior to October 7, 2022, who hold 17.5 hours/week assignments and who have completed their Working Test Period.
When:
- Opt-in Period, July 24, 2023- July 30, 2023. (All applicable staff are required to complete and submit an online form during this period.)
- Job Fair Dates, August 7, 2023 and August 8 ,2023. Times to be determined after the opt-in period.
Where: Microsoft TEAMS. All eligible applicants will receive meeting invitation via email.
