How To

In order for the submission process to uniformly portray the efforts and contributions of these great Connecticut veterans, it is recommended that the nomination packet be completed in no more than five (5) 8½” x 11” pages [excluding the nomination form, proof of service and copies of awards or certificates]. Multiple nominations of the same individual are discouraged.

Posthumous nominations are accepted.

Please note: Nomination packets and attachments become the property of the Connecticut Veterans Hall of Fame and will not be returned.
