Eligibility
A Veteran must meet the criteria of the definition of veteran as defined in Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) Section 27-103.
- “Veteran” means any person honorably discharged from, or released under honorable conditions from active service in the Armed Forces.
- Who is a current resident of this state or was a resident of this state at the time of enlistment or induction into the Armed Forces.
