Veteran Indicator on Drivers License or Identification Card

All Connecticut Veterans with qualifying service, are eligible to receive the Veteran Flag Identifier on their driver’s license or identity card.

1. Eligibility. DD-214 or pre-1950 WG AGO Discharge certificate.
    
   • Qualifying military service (90 or more days of active federal service, not including initial entry training or active duty for training)  
   • The characterization of Discharge must be honorable or under honorable conditions for the qualifying service.
