Lt. Governor Bysiewicz serves as the chair of the Finance Advisory Committee, made up of representatives of the Governor, Comptroller, Treasurer, and bipartisan members of the Connecticut House and Senate.
The Committee oversees budgetary transfers of over $175,000 or 10% of any specific appropriation, whichever is less. The committee regularly oversees transfers reaching into the millions.
