  Governor Dannel P. Malloy, together with Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman, today released a comprehensive, common sense gun violence prevention proposal that will make Connecticut residents safer.

  Governor Malloy and Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman will hold a news conference at the University of Connecticut’s Stamford campus, where they will discuss the economic development benefits of Governor Malloy’s “Next Generation Connecticut” proposal. The proposal calls for a major expansion of the university in order to make Connecticut competitive and grow jobs by ensuring that the state has the skilled workforce that employers need.
