Can I change the title of an existing Agency navigation link?
Answer: Changing Agency navigation titles on your website requires approval from your Agency. Only System Administrators can change the name of the navigation.

Can I change the title of an existing Dynamic List?
Answer: Dynamic List titles can be changed, but only by System Administrators.

Can I edit or remove the metadata?
Answer:
Yes.
- From the Experience Editor, just select the Add/Edit Metadata link and edit or remove the existing content.
- From the Content Editor, scroll to the Metadata section and edit or remove the existing content.

Can I edit or remove the teaser?
Answer:
Yes.
- From the Experience Editor, just select the Add/Edit Teaser link and edit or remove the existing description.
- From the Content Editor, scroll to the Base Data section and edit or remove the existing description.

Can I insert special characters?
Answer: Yes. Special characters are allowed in teasers.

Can I paste in content from a Word document?
Answer: Yes. Copy your content from Word, then open up the Rich Text Editor and select the Paste in Word icon.

Can I request that a snapshot or backup be made of my site
Answer: CI can take a "snapshot" of the entire Agency website, then restore the snapshot at any time. Just contact the CI Helpdesk and request a snapshot be taken and the time you wish it to be done.

Can I run a report that checks for broken links on my Website with Sitecore?
Answer: Not at this time. CI can run a report for your website and send it to you. Just have your System Administrator contact CI Helpdesk for the request.

Can I tag a content page to multiple Agency navigation topics?
Answer: Yes. Content pages can be tagged under one or more Agency navigation topics. Just keep in mind to only tag under topics you think your visitors will look for your information.

Can I untag a content page to a Dynamic List once tagged?
Answer: Yes. Just select the dynamic list name from the box on the right and click the bottom arrow (in-between the boxes) to remove that list.

Answer: Yes. Just select the topic name from the box on the right and click the bottom arrow (in-between the boxes) to remove that topic.
